- Workplace Investigations: Circumstances where investigations are required, including harassment and fraud allegations. We will run through real-life examples and discuss how to manage them.
- Employment Life cycle: Issues being tackled by HR practitioners, including use and abuse of social media policies and HR issues, such as discrimination allegations, that may harm a company’s reputation.
The aim of the seminar is to provide in-house lawyers and HR specialists with the necessary tools to tackle issues related to workplace investigations and the employment life cycle.
