She specialises in workplace disputes, cross-border employment matters, and internal investigations, and regularly speaks on evolving employment law and compliance best practices in the region.
  • Dilini Loku, Senior Associate at Gateley Middle East, is a UK-qualified employment lawyer with extensive experience advising UAE and regional clients on restructures, executive terminations, HR compliance, and workplace disputes. She also supports organisations with employment contracts, policies, and risk management strategies, and regularly delivers training on key HR and employee relations topics.
