Join LexisNexis and Vialto Partners on 1 February 2023 at Capital Club Dubai for an informative breakfast session on the UAE Labour Law & Immigration changes!

OVERVIEW

The UAE Labour Law & Immigration landscape has changed considerably over the last few years, most notably since the pandemic, with the introduction of visa categories to support flexible work arrangements and the widening of the Golden Visa programme. There are also key Emiratisation updates (applicable to Mainland companies) and important labour law changes that employers should be fully aware of. In this session we discuss key considerations for employers when hiring, managing and trying to retain talent, from an Immigration and Labour law perspective.

We’re delighted to introduce the Immigration team from Vialto Partners and the Employment Law team from Baker McKenzie, who will deliver an informative, free-to-attend breakfast session on these changes at The Capital Club on 1 February 2023.

Vialto Partners was founded in 2022 following a deal between US private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and PwC, which resulted in the sale of PwC’s global Immigration and Global Mobility practice – it has created an opportunity to be transformative in their market. The Middle East Immigration team will deliver this session as the newly formed Vialto Partners, bringing insights and a wealth of experience in their field.
