Dr. Aseel is an international commercial arbitrator and mediator with extensive experience in construction, real estate, and corporate disputes. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, she serves on panels including the LCIA, DIAC, SCCA, and CRCICA, and is registered with the Bahraini Ministry of Justice. Formerly an advisor to Bahrain’s Chief Justice and Minister of Justice, she holds a PhD in International Commercial Arbitration from the LSE and an LLM from King’s College London, combining academic excellence with over 15 years of regional and international dispute resolution experience.
