Navigate the Future of Digital Asset Regulation in the DIFC

As digital assets continue to transform financial markets, commercial transactions, and secured financing, legal and corporate professionals must remain current with the evolving legal framework governing their ownership, control, transfer, and use.

Designed as a DIFC Mandatory course, this CLPD-accredited, practical two-hour session provides a clear understanding of the DIFC’s legal framework for digital assets, its implications for commercial transactions and secured financing, and the governance considerations required to effectively manage legal and regulatory risks within the DIFC.
