Mohammed Maghrabi

Mohammed is a Partner and Head of Litigation at AlMaghthawi & Partners, specializing in settling commercial disputes as both a lawyer and arbitrator. He holds a master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Limerick, Ireland, with a focus on the enforcement and recognition of foreign arbitral awards in Saudi Arabia.

Yara AlSayagh

Yara is an associate based in Dentons Jeddah office. She is a member of Dentons corporate advisory team and has broad experience relevant to corporate and companies law and foreign investment practice, including incorporation of companies, reviewing constitutional documents, advising on corporate structuring and the participation in the Regional Headquarters program and liaising with government officials on approvals and licensing requirements.

She has negotiated, drafted and reviewed policies, terms and conditions, agreements and contracts across diverse sectors and has assisted the team in legal opinions/advices in a wide range of areas, including corporate and commercial, anti-competitive practices, commercial agency, telecommunication and information technology, data protection, intellectual property, entertainment and labour laws.

Kahroba Kojouri

Kahroba is an associate in Dentons’ Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice in Dubai and specializes in privacy and cybersecurity.

She has experience advising clients from a wide range of sectors, including technology, financial services, automotive and healthcare and across various jurisdictions, such as the KSA, the UAE, the EU and the UK, on data protection governance, global data transfers, data localization requirements, data processor engagement, and data incident responses to cybersecurity breaches. Georgina Moore

Georgina is an associate at Simmons & Simmons’ Disputes & Investigations team in Dubai. She specialises in commercial litigation, international arbitration and investigations.

Georgina has experience litigating disputes in the Courts of England and Wales and the DIFC Courts and has worked alongside local counsel on disputes before courts across the GCC. She has also represented clients before regulatory bodies and in arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA and DIAC Rules.
