OVERVIEW

The art of conflict management requires skills. Conflict is not necessarily negative. Mediation skills may lead to positive results in quickly resolving disputes and reducing risks, in addition to ensuring the continuation and strengthening of commercial relations between the parties in the future.

Today, there is no need to waste more time and money or be preoccupied with long-term conflicts where the outcome is unknown. As a result, the search for more effective means to manage conflict resolution and reduce its prolongation continues.

Mediation appears to be the answer. This form of conflict management adopts the principle of the authority of the will, reaching solutions and eliminating the idea of judicial litigation.
